For nurses whose Monday keeps moving

It is your Sunday night.
It is a Thursday.

Strong on Any Rotation: Twelve Weeks, No Mondays

You have started a twelve week program three times this year. Every single time, a roster change put you behind by week two, and it was being behind that made you stop. Not the training. Not your body. One word on a screen that said week two while you were living week one. This one counts sessions instead of weeks, so the roster cannot put you behind, and twelve blocks from now you have finished something on a schedule that never once cooperated.

Tell me if this is you

  • There is a folder on your phone, or a printout in a drawer, where week three never got ticked.
  • You got mandated on the day you were going to start, and by the time you got home the plan had started without you.
  • You went back to week one because the plan said week one, and you already knew, before you began, that you would not finish it.
  • Somebody who works a nine to five told you it comes down to planning.
  • You had four days off in a row and you slept through most of them, and then felt guilty about the sleep.
  • You have said out loud that you are terrible at sticking to things, and you believe it.

You do not have a follow-through problem. You have a roster. You have started three programs this year, which is three more than most people manage, on a body that was awake for fourteen hours before it got to any of them. What you ran out of was not willpower. What you ran out of was a plan that could survive a shift being added at 6am on the day it was written for.

Why every one of them broke

The unit was wrong, and the unit was never yours

Every fitness program on earth is built out of calendar weeks. Week one, week two, week three. That works perfectly for a person whose Monday is always a Monday and whose Saturday is always free.

Your week does not exist. You have three twelves and a flip. You have two on, two off, three on. You have a Tuesday that is functionally a Sunday and a Sunday that is functionally the middle of a night shift. So the moment a program measures you in weeks, it is measuring you against a calendar you do not live in, and it will start telling you that you are behind before you have done anything wrong at all.

Behind is the word that ends it. Not the missed session, and never the training itself. You can miss a session and come back. What you cannot come back from is opening the file and reading that it is week nine and you are on week five, because now the whole thing is evidence about your character, and who wants to open that at 11pm.

So this one changed the unit. It counts sessions and it has no dates in it anywhere. Not hidden, not in the background, not calculated quietly. There is no Date function anywhere in the file, on purpose, because that is the only way to promise something cannot happen.

A completely ordinary day, later on

What actually changes

Picture a Thursday. You were going to train and then you got held over, and you got home at nine at night with wet shoes and no dinner made. You do not train. You go to bed.

Saturday, you open it. It says Block 7, session B. The same thing it said on Thursday. Nothing has gone red. Nothing says week nine. There is no line asking you where you have been. The counter sat exactly where you left it, because the counter only moves when you move.

You do session B. The number goes from 19 to 20. And the enormous thing that happened there, the thing that is genuinely the whole product, is that nothing bad happened when your life happened.

Four months on from that, your belt is on a different notch and you know which one because you wrote it down at the start. Your ring goes on in the morning without a fight. You get to hour nine of a twelve and there is still something left in you, and the thing you notice is not in a mirror, it is that you drove home and then did something else with your evening.

And you finished something. Thirty six sessions, done around a roster that changed underneath you the entire time, and not one of them happened on a Monday.

The same problem, in their words

From nurses I have coached

Today I am kinder to myself I eat because it is fuel... I am happy and fulfilled and I like how my clothes fit and love seeing new muscle mass! My life is forever changed.

AfterReached her goal three years ago and is still there. No longer "starting over Monday."

"3 years later and I still use this system"

I put on my bathing suit and not only did I fit it. I loved what I saw in the mirror! RESULTS!!!!! I'm going to cry!

Shared with permission. These nurses were coaching clients of mine, not buyers of this file. Their words are here so you can hear how nurses I have worked with talk about the same problem, not as a promise of what a document will do on its own. Individual results vary.

Free, in full, before you pay

Read this first. It might mean you should not buy this.

This is the actual first page of the product, reproduced here completely. It is first inside the file too, and it is on this page for free because if any of it is true for you, your forty seven dollars belongs with a clinician and not with me.

Page one of the product

Some of this is not a roster problem

If any of these are true for you, stop here and get an appointment. Not because I am being careful with my wording, but because a training block cannot find something that needs a person, an examination and bloods, and running twelve blocks instead of getting seen costs you time you should not spend.

  • Chest pain, chest tightness, or pressure with effort, at any level of effort
  • New breathlessness that is out of proportion to what you were doing
  • Fainting, near fainting, or palpitations that come in runs
  • Weight coming off that you did not set out to lose
  • Numbness, pins and needles, or new weakness anywhere in a limb
  • Any change in bladder or bowel control, or numbness between your legs
  • Pain that wakes you out of sleep, or that is worse lying down
  • Exhaustion that has not moved in months regardless of what your sleep did
  • You are pregnant, recently postpartum, or recovering from surgery and have not been cleared for loaded exercise

Any one of those and this is an appointment, not a program. That last line is worth saying twice: exhaustion that never lifts is not automatically shift work and it is not automatically your age. Thyroid disease, iron deficiency, sleep apnea and depression all look exactly like being a tired nurse, and all four are found with a conversation and a blood test rather than with a training block.

Free, public, no purchase

The second gate, and this one is for everybody

This product contains a column called the Under-Eater Path, for the nurse who is not overeating at all, she is getting nine hundred calories into a twenty four hour day because there was no break. That column helps a lot of people and it is the wrong thing entirely for some people, so the screen that decides which is on this page, free, before any money changes hands.

Six questions, nothing is stored, nothing is sent anywhere. This is not a diagnostic tool and it cannot tell you whether you have an eating disorder. Nothing that runs in a browser can. It is a set of questions that decide whether a self-guided food column is a reasonable thing for you to buy today.

Free screen
Answer all six and this will tell you plainly whether to go ahead or to stop.
Week one is free, and it is the real week one

Block 1, in full. Take it and go.

This is not a sample, a taster or a preview. It is Block 1 of 12, copied out of the product exactly as it appears inside it, with all three sessions and every movement. Run it. Let your roster do its worst to it. Come back in three weeks or three months.

That is the actual pitch. I want you to find out on your own roster, at no cost, that a plan counted in sessions does not break when a shift moves. If you run these three and it did not change anything for you, you have lost nothing and I would rather you kept your money.

Block 1 of 12, in full

Ground Floor

Teach the four patterns at a load you could still hold at hour eleven. Nothing here is meant to feel hard, and that is the point of it. You will run these same three sessions again in Block 12, at your Block 10 loads, and that is how you find out what changed.

  • Session A. Full body, patterned35 minutes
    • Box squat, 3 sets of 8
    • Hinge to a rail, 3 sets of 10
    • Incline push up or press, 3 sets of 8
    • Row, any handle, 3 sets of 10
    • Suitcase carry, 3 rounds of 30 seconds a side
  • Session B. Legs and carry35 minutes
    • Split squat, 3 sets of 8 a side
    • Step up to a low step, 3 sets of 8 a side
    • Calf raise, 3 sets of 15
    • Farmer carry, 4 rounds the length of a corridor
  • Session C. Push, pull, brace35 minutes
    • Press, any angle, 3 sets of 8
    • Row, 3 sets of 10
    • Pulldown or band pull, 3 sets of 12
    • Side plank or suitcase hold, 3 rounds of 20 seconds a side

Three sessions is a block. Do them in any order that your roster allows, on any days it allows, with as long as you need between them. When all three are done, Block 1 is done. That sentence is the whole mechanism and it does not get more complicated in Block 9.

What you do not get for free is the other eleven blocks, the counter that holds your place, the six roster layouts, the four baseline numbers and the comparison, and the four columns. But you get to test the promise on your own life first, which is the only test that was ever going to convince you.

What you get

Six pieces, and you can see all six from here

The twelve blocks, on any rotationTwelve blocks, thirty six sessions of thirty five to forty five minutes, and a counter that advances only when you log one. Six roster layouts built out and named plainly. Week Zero, four measures that move honestly on a shift schedule, with the comparison held for you. No dates, no week numbers, and nothing anywhere that can tell you that you are behind.

The Under-Eater PathThe second route, for the nurse who is getting nine hundred calories into a twenty four hour day and then eating everything in the house at 2am. What to add and in what order, with the observable for each step. No restriction, no shame, and no intake target, because I do not know your body and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
$19
What Changed At Forty, And What Did NotThree named adjustments to recovery, protein and load, plus the sleep rule that outranks all three, each one triggered by a specific observable rather than by a birthday. Plus the honest list of what does not change, which is longer than the list of what does.
$15
The 3AM PlateFive builds for the meal in the middle of a shift. Break room possible, no cooking, by category rather than by brand, chosen so you are not wrecked at 6am and not starving at 9am.
$15
Block ThirteenRun it again with one change, hold, or move to strength. One observable picks, and the tool names which one you are on using your own numbers rather than your mood on the night.
$15
The Restart CardFor after ten days away. Two named re-entry sessions and then straight back in at the block you left. There is no reset button in the file and I did not build one on purpose.
$10
All six$163

The counter is the part that outlasts everything else. Every plan you buy after this one, from anybody, you now know to ask a single question of: what happens to it when a shift moves. That question is the product, and you keep it.

One payment. Yours permanently.
Twelve blocks, thirty six sessions Six roster layouts, plus a printable blank grid Four columns and one interactive tool Works on your phone in a locker room No coaching included No calls, no replies, no community
All sales are final, and here is the specific reason. The entire product is visible the second it loads. There is no drip, no module unlocking in week four, nothing held back. You can read all twelve blocks, all six roster layouts and all four columns inside ten minutes of buying it, which means a refund window would be a formality with nothing behind it. So instead of a window afterwards, I put the two things that could disqualify you in front of the money: the red flag page, in full, free, above. The eating disorder screen, free and public, above. And the real Block 1, in full, free, so you can test the promise on your own roster before you spend anything. If any of those told you to stop, please stop. I would rather lose the forty seven dollars.

The shelf, in order

Where this sits on the shelf

Every one of these stays on sale on its own page, at its own price. Nothing here expires and nothing is counting down.

  • The free two minute oneFreeThree questions. Two of its answers tell you to spend nothing.
  • The First-Day-Off Fix$7One day, decided before you leave the car park. The cheapest place to find out whether a written plan survives your roster.
  • Wired At 8AM$27Sleep sits upstream of everything on this page. If you are under six hours, that one comes before this one.
  • Shift Gut$47Three shifts, one variable each, and a short list of what to suspect.
  • Everything Hurts By Hour Nine$47Two minutes a shift, standing, and four numbers at the end that say whether it worked.
  • Strong on Any Rotation$47This page. The structural one, and the one that wants twelve clear weeks, so it goes after whichever of the others is loudest.
  • The Shift-Proof Shelf$97All five, in order, ninety days. Most nurses buy two, which is $94. All five are $97.

Do not buy this if

  • Any of the red flags above are true. That is an appointment. Please go, and take the list with you.
  • The free screen above told you to stop. It meant it. This is not the product for you today and it will still be here later.
  • You want somebody watching your form. Nobody is. There is no video review, no feedback and no messaging, and that is what makes this forty seven dollars instead of several hundred.
  • You want a meal plan. This is not one. There are five plate builds and an adding path, and nothing in here tells you what to eat for dinner on a Tuesday.
  • You want it to tell you about your hormones. It cannot and it says so on the page. It is a training program with a column about training adjustments.
  • You want a weigh-in. There is no scale anywhere in this and I am not adding one. If a number on a scale is the thing you need, you will be happier somewhere else and I mean that plainly.
Before you ask

The questions I would have

My roster is not one of the six. Then what?

You get the printable blank grid and the five placement rules, and the tool says so plainly rather than generating a layout for a roster I cannot see. The six built out are three 12s in a row, 2-2-3, straight nights, rotating days and nights, 8s with mandated overtime, and casual with no pattern.

What happens if I miss a week?

Nothing. That is not a marketing answer, it is a description of the file. There is no date arithmetic in it, so there is nothing there to compute that you missed anything. The counter is where you left it.

Do I need a gym?

A gym makes Blocks 6 and 10 easier, because both of those add load. Everything else runs on a pair of adjustable dumbbells or heavy bands, a step, a chair and a doorway. I would rather tell you that now than have you find out in Block 6.

Is there a weigh-in?

No, and there is no scale in the product at all. Four measures instead: waistband notch, ring fit, hour nine energy and sleep debt hours. They move honestly on a shift schedule, which a weight taken after a night shift does not.

Will it tell me if I am in perimenopause?

No, and the column that talks about being over forty says that on its own pages, more than once. Nothing written by a person who has never examined you can tell you that. It also names thyroid disease, iron deficiency, sleep apnea and depression as things that produce the same symptoms and need ruling out first, by your own physician.

Can I message you about my back, my knee or my bloods?

No, and I want to be straight about that rather than leave you waiting on a reply. No coaching, no calls, no replies, no community. Those questions belong with somebody who can examine you.

Is there a refund?

No. All sales are final, which is exactly why the red flag page, the eating disorder screen and the real Block 1 are all on this page, free, in full, in front of the money.

What if my phone wipes it?

Your progress lives in the page link and in a short code you can screenshot. Bookmark the link and it comes back. Safari clears storage after about a week away and the whole thing was built around that.

How long does it actually take?

However long your roster takes. Thirty six sessions at three a week is twelve weeks. At two a week it is eighteen weeks, and the file will never once mention the difference to you.

The version of you on the other side of this

She works the same roster. Same unit, same mandated shifts, same phone call at 6am asking if she can come in. Nothing about her life got easier and nobody gave her back her Sundays.

What changed is that she is no longer a person who quits things. She has thirty six sessions behind her that happened on days nobody planned, and the private story she used to tell herself about being terrible at sticking to anything has quietly stopped being true, because there is evidence against it now and she is holding it.

She gets held over and she does not spiral about it. She opens the file two days later and it says the same thing it said before. That is all it took. Nothing bad happens when her life happens.

You were never inconsistent. You were being measured against a calendar you do not live in. Twelve blocks, thirty six sessions, and not one Monday in any of it.

And if the red flag page or the free screen above described you, then the version of you on the other side of this is the one who made the appointment, and I would genuinely rather you be her.
